The provisional controller of the personal data collected through this website is Rubén Gil, acting on behalf of the activity carried out under the brand Gradient Labs, while the final company is being incorporated.

What data is collected
Through the contact form we request only the data strictly necessary to handle your enquiry: name, email address, message, and confirmation of the required consent.
No special categories of data are requested. Please do not send sensitive information unless it is strictly necessary to assess your request.
Purpose and legal basis
The data is used to manage incoming enquiries, respond to questions, maintain conversations prior to a potential service engagement, and carry out reasonable commercial follow-up derived from that first contact.
The legal basis is your consent when submitting the form and, where applicable, pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject.
Recipients and providers
Data will not be disclosed to third parties except where legally required. Service providers acting as processors may be involved for the technical provision of the service, including hosting and transactional email delivery.
In the current site configuration, those providers include Railway for hosting and Resend for emails related to the contact form and, when you consent to measurement, Google Analytics 4 for usage analytics and experience improvement.
Retention and rights
Data will be kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and, where relevant, for any commercial or legal follow-up arising from it. Afterwards it will be deleted or blocked in accordance with applicable regulations.
